INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 teaspoon of chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon of 2% fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of olive oils, sliced
- 1 baked pepper sliced
- 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of basil
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- A few slices of pickled peppers
- 1 lettuce leaf
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the tuna fish with the onion, the yogurt, the olives, the lemon juice and the fresh basil in a bowl with a pitchfork.
Place a lettuce leaf on one bread slice and spread mixture on top.
Add the baked peppers, the pickled peppers and place the second bread slice on top.
