Tuna fish sandwich

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon of 2% fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oils, sliced
  • 1 baked pepper sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of basil
  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • A few slices of pickled peppers
  • 1 lettuce leaf

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the tuna fish with the onion, the yogurt, the olives, the lemon juice and the fresh basil in a bowl with a pitchfork.

Place a lettuce leaf on one bread slice and spread mixture on top.

Add the baked peppers, the pickled peppers and place the second bread slice on top.
