INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 salad of your choice
- 1 tablespoon red onion, diced
- 1/4 tablespoon fresh basil, diced
- 40gr boiled chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup of 2% fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 2 sliced of multigrain bread
INSTRUCTIONS
In a big bowl mix the salad, the red onion, the basil and the chicken.
In another bowl mix the yogurt, the mustard and the honey.
Mix the yogurt mix with the chicken and mix.
Spread on the bread slices.
