Bruschetta with guacamole

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 sc. garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 sq.m. olive oil
  • 1 avocado, ripe
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1-2 limes
  • ½ onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 slices of wholemeal bread
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 50 gr. slice

INSTRUCTIONS

Put the chopped garlic, salt, pepper in a mortar and beat until the garlic melts.

Peel the avocado, put it in a bowl and mash it with a fork.

Add the mixture with the garlic, zest and lime juice and mix.

Then, add the chopped onion, the chopped tomato and mix well.

Place a pan on medium heat.

Put olive oil, salt and pepper on the slices of bread and put them in the pan and cook until they get colored on both sides.

Place the slices of bread. Spread from 1 tbsp. guacamole, the grated feta and serve.
