INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices of whole wheat bread
- 4 low fat mozzarella balls -cut in thin slices
- 2 small tomatoes -sliced
- 1 tablespoon of chopped basil
- ½ avocado -sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the 2 slices of bread in a frying pan. Add the mozzarella slices and the tomatoes on top. Cover with 2 slices of bread.
Bake the top two loafs until they turn golden brown. Add the basil and the avocado on top of the tomatoes and close it.
Serve with some rocket on the side.
