Spicy sandwich with turkey and vegetables

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tbsp. Wholemeal bread
  • 1 tablespoon of low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/3 tsp Tabasco
  • 2 radishes, finely chopped
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1/4 onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
  • 6 tbsp turkey
  • 4 tbsp chopped cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and tabasco.

In a second bowl, toss the radishes, carrot and onions with the white vinegar.

Spread mayonnaise mixture on 1 Tbsp bread.

Add the rest of the ingredients and serve.
