Kosher brownies

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 fl. peanut butter or tahini
  • 4 ks. cocoa
  • 4-6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 fl. condensed coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut butter
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 3-4 drops of liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 fl. sugar-free chocolate shavings

INSTRUCTIONS

We place all the ingredients except the chocolate in the blender and puree them.

Line a small dish with parchment paper.

Empty the mixture, flatten the surface and freeze it in the freezer for 2 hours until it hardens.

After the dessert is frozen, we take it out on the workbench.

Turn the frozen dessert over, remove the non-stick paper and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

They need some time to thaw before serving
