INGREDIENTS
- 500 gr. boiled chickpeas
- 2.5 tbsp flour
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ lemon squeezed
- 1 tbsp cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Put the onions on a medium heat with the olive oil until they shine. Then, put them in the food processor together with the rest of the ingredients and beat well.
Beat the butter very well until it becomes foamy.
Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla extract and salt in a bowl. Add them to the butter and knead to homogenize. Add the chopped almond and repeat the kneading.
Form 10 small falafels with the mixture
Put them in a pan covered with greaseproof paper and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes until they take on color.
