INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium tortilla
- 1 tomato
- ½ pepper
- ¼ onion
- 2 tbsp olives
- 1 tbsp caper
- 60g of melting vegetarian cheese
- 2 tbsp vegan pesto
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the tomato in half.
Put half of it in the blender with salt, pepper, oregano and garlic and grind it until it becomes a sauce.
Spread it on the pitta and spread the pesto sauce on top.
Grate the cheese and add it to the pizza.
Chop the rest of the vegetables and the other half of the tomato and add them to the pizza along with the olives and capers.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until the vegetables turn brown and the cheese melts.
