Barbecued sardines

INGREDIENTS
  • 10 cleaned sardines
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp smoked sweet paprika
  • ½ lemon in wedges
  • rosemary

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all the herbs and olive oil in a bowl and mix.

Put the marinade in a pan, add the sardines and mix very well. Cover and leave for a few hours.

Heat up the barbecue. Grill the sardines for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Serve, drizzle with oil, and squeeze the lemon slices.
