Bouyurdi

INGREDIENTS
  • 150 gr. feta cheese
  • 1 fresh tomato thinly sliced
  • oregano
  • Bukovo
  • pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Spread the feta cut into small pieces in a small dish.

Add the rest of the ingredients and herbs on top.

Put the boujourdi in the oven and bake it until the cheese melts.
