INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 kilo of chicken breast
- 15 straws for skewers
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp coriander, powdered
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. curry
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the chicken fillets into strips and put them in a bowl.
Add the onions and garlic to the blender and blend until they are homogenized.
Add the mixture to the chicken, along with the coriander, cumin, turmeric, curry powder, soy sauce, olive oil, coconut milk, sugar and salt.
Cover the chicken well. Cover it with film and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 5 hours.
Place a piece of the marinated chicken on each skewer. If the pieces are small, put two pieces in each skewer.
