Homemade hazelnut praline paste

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup roasted unsalted hazelnuts
  • 3 dates, pitted
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • salt

INSTRUCTIONS

In a food processor, blend the hazelnuts until they become a smooth butter.
Add all the remaining ingredients and mix for about 10 minutes until it has a velvety texture.
In between, you will interrupt to stir the mixture.
